After bringing you some upcoming horror games you may be unaware of. Here’s another horror game to put back into the mix. That game is Ad Infinitum. This psychological horror was developed by Hekate and published by Nacon. The last we’d seen the game was due soon with a 20th of April release date. It’s also a game the developers care about a great deal. It was also shown again at the recent Nacon showcase along with other updates and new games. We saw new footage from Robocop and Gollum to name examples.
Ad Infinitum is one most people will have missed. I have it on my Steam wish list, if anything to track updates. So what is the game about exactly? The game is set during the first World War. You play as a soldier who’s suddenly found himself between the boundaries of nightmares and reality. The Steam listing stated: “Terrible creatures, death traps, and insane mysteries mark your path through the battlefield. Overcome them to save your soul and tear the veil of more sinister truths”

We have a new trailer shown below narrated by the game’s art director Thomas Lenz. He states:
To create the best possible experience for you, we have to ask you for a little bit more patience. We would never be content to release this game, that is so dear to us, in a state we deem not polished enough.
So that’s another delayed title. However when is the game coming out? The trailer as we also see gives a release window. Meaning my September is slowly filling up. This will be joining Starfield and Robocop Rogue City which within the past day got September release dates.
