While the upcoming game “Zoochosis” takes inspiration from a real phenomenon, the reality for animals in captivity is far less dramatic. The Steam game is a “bodycam horror simulation” where you take on the role of a zookeeper. Your objective? Identify and cure the infected animals before they mutate further. The official description throws you right into the action: it’s your first night shift, and you discover an outbreak transforming the animals. The tagline sums it up nicely: “Save the animals, save yourself.” Your decisions throughout the game will influence the ending.
