So a couple of weeks ago we heard a rumor about Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater. The rumor at the time was Konami was planning to remake that installment in the iconic franchise. Though jumping into the third game may seem odd to some it actually makes a lot of sense. So take the series chronologically it’s the first game. However, this game is being remade we’ve heard rumors before and now this story has gained more traction.
The latest on a remake for Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater comes from an interesting source. That being a voice actor and vocalist involved with the Metal Gear Solid franchises and was spotted by PlayStation Lifestyle. The actor in question is Donna Burke and what they posted on Twitter is a strong indication a remake is on the cards. Though I must stress with no official announcement we shouldn’t take anything as definite.
Snake Eater To Return – The Newest Story Behind A Possible Remake
Donna Burke shared on Twitter a photo of herself whilst at work with the description “recording in progress”. Though as we see from the picture in the Tweet it’s looking very much Metal Gear Solid related.
The following tweets have fans convinced that the photos reveal a lyric sheet of Snake Eater’s main theme.
However, at the time of writing the Tweets are still present and nothing is confirmed or denied.
