The senior editor of The Verge has put out on Twitter today that when you fire up that Series X for the first time, don’t expect radical changes in regards to the UI you have become familiar with on Xbox One. He said yes Microsoft are adding new console features but the home screen and UI are staying the same but with a better performance.
The current Xbox UI has had tweaks over the past few months and a couple of features added. So it’s expected a smooth transition to next-gen. Microsoft is adding some additional stuff in for the console features, but the UI and dash will be the same. Speed and perf will also be improved
