Years ago when I first started writing I would cover the games that I was playing that week. It’s been a long time since I’ve done that. It seems perfect to start that all over again at the start of 2022. Here are the games, books, and movies I’m looking to enjoy this week including the hit Halo Infinite. It helps that I’m going through physical therapy as I play these games, I have some time to game right now.
Games I’m Playing
Plenty of players have been playing Halo Infinite since its release. I spent a little time with the online portion and explored the campaign. But I had another game that I needed to beat before I really jumped into this one. I finished Far Cry 6 and removed it from my backlog. With that, I can finally get right into the meat of this game. I should be able to beat the main campaign this week. I just finished the main mission that has the Master Chief meeting two Spartan Killers after he destroyed those AA cannons.
One of the problems I have with this game is that I cant see the progress I’ve got in the campaign. Some of the achievements also haven’t been fully unlocked for me either. Hopefully, that will all unlock by the next time I play. As long as the weather doesn’t cause any power issues. Now if the power does go out I have something to keep me busy.
Book’s I’m Reading
With the holidays over I usually get a good amount of books. This year I did grab a couple of books. One of them is the book Chain of Gold ( The Last House Book 1). This book is something that I don’t usually read. It should be interesting to see how this series goes. Here is the synopsis is taken from the Amazon page.

What I’m Watching
This Friday after my scraping and cupping appointment I’m going to be watching the newest Scream movie. This film is playing at my local theater in Redding Ca. It should be great to see this series brought back. With the stress I’m going through I’ll probably go back and rewatch either Community, The Office, or It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia. These three shows help keep me in a great mood.
