LV1 Gaming news update for the week of November 2nd, 2020. Next-gen consoles are now on display at stores. The PlayStation 5 set the internet ablaze with a story of how the console displayed an overheating notification. To clarify, the PS5 sealed in a plastic container, not adequately ventilated is what led to the notification of overheating. Moreover, Sony has announced that no consoles will be available to buy in stores on launch day. They are doing this to protect consumers and retail workers during this pandemic. All launch day PlayStation 5 purchases will have to be made online. Call of duty Black Ops Cold War has revealed its file sizes. For example, the Playstation 4 download size is 95 GB while the Xbox One is 93 GB. Above all, it is clear that the download sizes are varied between each console especially the next-gen sizes. PC, Xbox Series X | S, and PlayStation 5 will all have download sizes over 100 GBs for the new Call of Duty. Finally, Star Wars Jedi Fallen Order will be making its way to Xbox Game Pass now that it is a part of EA Play.
