The grimdark universe of Warhammer video games is merging with the latest announcement from Owlcat Games and Fatshark. Rogue Trader and Darktide are having a 40K crossover alongside a limited-time sale. Warhammer 40k: Rogue Trader is a story-rich CRPG from Owlcat Games, the team that developed Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous. On the other end, Warhammer 40k: Darktide is a co-op-focused brutal first-person shooter from Fatshark, the developers behind the Vermintide series.

- Grimdark Collaboration: Owlcat Games (Rogue Trader) and Fatshark (Darktide) are teaming up for a special Warhammer 40,000 crossover.
- Free DLC – The Sapper Shovel:
- A brutal melee weapon from Darktide is coming to Rogue Trader.
- Originally used by Atoma Prime’s Rejects, now wielded by a Rogue Trader.
- Can be claimed in Upperway (Act I) or from the player’s chest if further in the game.
