Sports Game Gods be praised, boxing is making its way back to gaming. Undisputed developed by Steel City Interactive and published by Deep Silver is getting a full release on October 11, 2024. LV1 Gaming made it back to PAX West and had the opportunity to interview the CEO of Steel City Interactive Ash Habib and even step into the digital ring against him.

So, I have no idea what makes me think I am going to beat a developer at their own game. But whenever I get the chance to try, I seize it. I immediately noticed Roy Jones Jr. and selected him for my bout versus Ash (CEO of The Developers Making Undisputed). I witnessed a captivating clinic that showcased various game mechanics at my expense. Each boxer has their own iconic mannerisms and fighting stances. The knockout recovery minigame is an immersive touch to Undisputed, and I got to experience it twice during my fight. Long story short, I lost horribly, but the game felt enjoyable to play. Undisputed, a modern boxing game, will be available for PC, Xbox Series X|S, and PlayStation 5 on October 11, 2024.
