Sports enthusiasts take note! 2K Sports has announced their latest venture, and it’s not what you might expect. Rumors of 2K acquiring the FIFA license or even a collaboration with Lego have been circulating, but this announcement is entirely different. Prepare to welcome back an old friend to center court – the iconic Top Spin tennis game franchise.
Top Spin has been a staple in the gaming world for over two decades, with its debut on the PlayStation 2 in September 2003, followed by releases on the Xbox and PC. The last installment, Top Spin 4, graced the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, and Nintendo Wii back in March 2011. After an extended hiatus, a new entry in the series is long overdue. While details remain scarce, the anticipation for this revival is palpable among fans of the franchise.
Top Spin 2K25 – What We Know
We know the title and the platforms the game is being made available for. It will be on PC and both generations of Xbox and PlayStation hardware. So we can expect to see the game on Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, PlayStation 4, and PlayStation 5. Sadly we have no details of a Switch release. The game’s full launch is 26th of April unless you purchase an edition with early access. Those editions launch on 23rd April. We do have various editions and prices available. Standard Cross-Gen Edition
The Cross-Gen Digital Edition will be available on PlayStation and Xbox. This will include the digital Standard Edition across previous and next-gen consoles within the same console family as well as the same PlayStation or Xbox account. This is priced at £64.99/$69.99
Deluxe Edition
For console, this edition is available both physically and digitally. PC owners it is digital only. What is included is:
- Standard Edition (with dual-gen entitlement on console)

Grand Slam Edition
