As a collector of physical Switch cartridges, my principles forbid me buy a digital download for more than $10, so every week I find five great budget Switch games in the Nintendo eShop discounted to $10 or less. (in no particular order.)

Mable & The Wood is a story about a heroine with a unique movement-based combat style. As the game goes on, you can take the form of the bosses you defeat, controlling their powers and adding them to your own!
Blazblue Cross Tag Battle $19.99 $5.00
Developed by Arc System Works (developers of the Guilty Gear series), this 2D fighter has colorful fast-paced weapon-driven combat featuring guest characters from the RWBY animated series.
20XX $17.99 $8.99
More than just a MegaMan clone, 20XX is a rogue-like action-platformer with lots of replay value. Many levels and powers, difficulty modifiers, and even online co-op to play with friends.
Rayman Legends $39.99 $9.99 (Demo available)
Rayman Legends is a traditional platformer with smooth motion and crisp controls. Over 100 maps and local co-op modes are included in the Definitive Edition.
Unrailed! $19.99 $9.99 (Demo available)
Unrailed is a 2co-op multiplayer puzzle game where you have to build train tracks across randomly generated lands to keep the trains running!

Underhero $16.99 $10.19 (demo available)
Side-scrolling RPG-adventure with timing-based combat and puzzles to solve a mystery and save the kingdom. There’s lots of adventure in this little game with a fun and quirky soundtrack!
