Top 5 Budget Switch Games This Week. (04.14.21)

As a collector of physical Switch cartridges, my principles forbid me buy a digital download for more than $10, so every week I find five great budget Switch games in the Nintendo eShop discounted to $10 or less. (in no particular order.)

This week’s top five:

Little Nightmares $29.99 $7.49
Little Nightmares is a puzzle game about a little girl named Six who must escape from a floating prison called The Maw. Dark and creepy characters and a brutal twist ending make this one of my favorite puzzle games.

Resident Evil Revelations

Resident Evil Revelations $19.99 $7.99
Taking place between Resident Evil 4 and 5, Revelations follows the original heroes, Chris and Jill on another adventure. This time, on an abandoned cruise ship hunting for the origins of the T-Abyss virus. If you want more, Revelations 2 is also on sale for only $7.99.

Dragonball FighterZ $59.99 $9.59
I’m a fan of 2D fighters, but what makes Dragonball FighterZ different is the over-the-top cartoon style that fits in more with Marvel-Vs-Capcom than the hyper-realistic Mortal Kombat. This game is an easy pick-up if you’re a fan of Dragonball or 2D fighters.

Moonlighter $24.99 $6.24
This action RPG has a little of everything, shopkeeping, looting, and crafting. You run a shop during the day, but at night, you adventure into dungeons looking for materials and treasure. There’s enough to keep you busy for hours. The Nintendo Switch edition has “Hero Sword and Bow” from The Legend Of Zelda you just might find.

Namco Museum $29.99 $9.89
If you’re a fan of retro arcade games, this is definitely for you. Several classic Namco games all in one package, including: Pac-Man, Galaga, Rally-X, Pole Position, Rolling Thunder, SkyKid, Splatterhouse, Tank Force, Tower Of Druga, and DigDug.

Honorable Mention:

Children of Morta $21.99 $10.99 (demo available)
Children Of Morta is a rouge-like RPG where you’re a family that fights together to stop an ancient god from taking over the world. every time you complete a dungeon, you bring back items that improve the household, increasing the strength of all the characters, and each character has its own unique skill tree to complete.

For more great deals, check out last week’s list as many of those games might still be on sale! I’ll be back next week with another list of five great budget Switch games in the Nintendo eShop discounted to $10 or less!
