When we think of action-adventure games, especially one searching for tombs or treasure then we immediately think of Lara Croft or Nathan Drake. Both Tomb Raider and Uncharted have made this their forte. If we are lucky Uncharted could return that’s if the latest Live from PlayStation 5 trailer and the following rumors are to go by. In the meantime we have another adventurer coming to the world of video games and their name is Tintin.
Yes, that’s right, the titular character from his own “Adventures Of” has a game due out. In fact, it was teased a while ago and slipped into the back of people’s thoughts. Thankfully we have a new trailer and the news it’s coming this year. As for the game’s title, it’s called Tintin Reporter: Cigars of the Pharaoh. This is based on volume four of his “The Adventures of Tintin” series. The recent trailer tells us you and your faithful companion Snowy is going to have one “exceptional adventure”. The description states that “after meeting with professor Sarcophagus while cruising the Mediterranean see, the famous Belgian reporter goes on a quest to find the tomb of Pharaoh Kih-Oskh”.
