One of the most anticipated games from Xbox Game Studios this year is no doubt Obsidian’s The Outer Worlds 2. Coming off the success of Grounded 2, The Outer Worlds 2 already looks and sounds like a guaranteed success. But as with every major game release, there are obviously collaborations with other companies. In an interesting turn of events with this marketing strategy, Obsidian has decided to find a partner in 5-Hour Energy to produce 2 types of drinks that are based off consumables from the game. Here is what you need to know about them!
Details on The Outer Worlds 2 Collaboration with 5-Hour Energy
5-Hour Energy will be producing 2 different drinks with 2 different flavors. Starting on September 2nd, you will be able to purchase 6-12 packs of “Purpleberry Punch”. The prices will be as follows:
- 6 Pack: $14.99 USD plus shipping/handling.
- 12 Pack: $33.98 USD plus shipping/handling.
Purpleberry Punch will be a sweet, juicy grape flavor, with zealously zesty lime and a warm ginger kick. Also coming in November, there will be a second flavor called Mock Melon Brew. This will be released exclusively at Circle K stores. You will also be able to get a bonus in-game content available exclusively from Circle K. This will come in the form of an exclusive pet for the player’s ship in The Outer Worlds 2.
