Swords, guns, a multiplayer fast-paced roguelike action adventure, and a virtual rebellion combine to make Pew Pew Games Terminull Brigade. While at GDC 2025, LV1 Gaming got hands-on with Terminull Brigade, thanks to the publisher Level Infinite. I’m BaronJ67, and I played around an hour and 30 minutes of Terminull Brigade. Level Infinite created a dope area to showcase the lore and design of the title, alongside giving us plenty of time to experience a large portion of the game.

This three-player online co-op action roguelike is a PVE third-person hero looter shooter. I know that is a lot, but once you get into the flow of the game, Terminull Brigade easily becomes a title you will spend hours playing without even realizing it. The story of Terminull Brigade takes place in a digital realm where Rogueteers are fighting against evil shadow algorithms enslaving the digital world. You are working to unite the virtual realm and free the Nullverse. Like a proper roguelike, you will be diving into worlds or Nullverses, fighting unique enemies in unique biomes. Each dive, even in the same nullverse, will be a randomized experience that offers a wide variety of rewards for beating them.
The heroes, or Rogueteers, you choose from all have distinct roles and playstyles. During my time with Terminull Brigade, I used the character Heynckes. He is a hot-headed, dual pistol-wielding rogueteer who has a fast-paced fighting style. He has the ability to hold enemies in place while also having a wide area ability that does not miss.
Customization of Abilities is Big In Terminull Brigade

Alongside unlocking different talents from a skill tree, you will also have the ability to pick up various mods that can increase your speed and damage, add elemental damage, and even give you an ability that does an AOE pulse attack every time you reload. In each run in Terminull Brigade, you will have a different list of mods to choose from, making for a fresh experience each time.
Overall, time flew by while playing Terminull Brigade. You are able to jump quickly into a new dive, creating a virtually nonstop gameplay loop. Dive in, fight through waves of enemies, loot, upgrade, fight the minor boss, then more waves of enemies, then time for the intricate area boss.
