Before we got news of a fully-fledged action shooter starring Peter Weller back as Robocop we had The Terminator. Just as this generation launched this title received a native upgrade unfortunately, this upgrade and expansion were for PlayStation 5 only. This left Xbox owners out of the loop in regards to a Terminator Resistance Complete Edition release for Xbox Series X/S . The upgraded PlayStation 5 version had the Annihilation Line expansion as well as Infiltrator Mode where we got to play as a Terminator.
This Summer, nearly three years on from the reveal of the upgrade for PlayStation 5, there was an update. The game’s developer Teyon announced a Terminator Resistance Complete Edition for Xbox Series X/S. On September 27th, the base game will be upgraded free adding with it the new Infiltrator Mode. That’s not all for the game.
What Else For The Xbox Release Of The Terminator Resistance Complete Edition
Xbox owners will also get the chance to own the Annihilation Line expansion but sadly that isn’t coming at the same time as the upgrade. However, it comes a month later. The official website tells us that it comes with the Complete Edition on 27th
October which is the only way to access it. Thankfully we don’t need to purchase the full game again. The website says that when this edition is available go to the Microsoft store. Then find the Terminator: Resistance – Complete Edition game page. If you wish to upgrade, then a “automatic discount will be displayed, and the price will be £11.99 / €14.49 / $14.49”.
