Are you an action RPG fan? If so we may have a potential game to keep on your radar and add to your wishlist. Also if you loved Kingdom Come Deliverance by Warhorse Studios, this upcoming RPG might also interest you. So let’s introduce you to Stormrite.

Stormrite is being published and developed by Kelechi Apakama. It’s a fantasy medieval action RPG, which is one reason it may interest fans of Kingdom Come Deliverance. If we look at the game’s official website we see it listed for Xbox as well as PC via Steam. It can also be added to your wishlist. For Xbox, no console generation is mentioned. However, the Xbox reveal trailer does note Xbox One.

What Stormrite Is About

Very little is known of the game so let’s look at the official description on their website:

Stormrite is an upcoming open-world Action-RPG set in the dark, fantasy-medieval kingdom of Redreach. Start your journey as a young squire in a small town entangled in an ancient war. Learn about the secrets of the Stormrites while meeting a cast of fascinating characters from all wakes of life, forming alliances along the way.

With multiple endings to all questlines and a rich character tree to decide how you interact with the environment and its inhabitants, you have the power to decide your role in the world of Stormrite, and no two playthroughs will ever be the same.

We do know it’s not in the final stages of development as just hours before this was written they posted they are looking for a voice actor.

When launched it could also be available via Xbox Game Pass. The trailer we’ve seen was posted by ID@Xbox and they also tweeted asking Xbox gamers if they would try it out on Game Pass. With this tweet, we got a small clip of what looks like gameplay.

This was followed up by saying PC players were also covered. Will this be a game on your radar? Either way, we’d love to hear from you. If you’re interested, would you be waiting for Game Pass?
