From the early looks of 2023, it seems that gaming is great. With many sequels, new titles, and more the beginning of the year felt packed. Especially between the months of February and March. However, it seems one of the biggest titles will be skipping this period. The anticipated follow-up to Jedi Fallen Order, Star Wars Jedi Survivor is delayed till April.

The announcement comes from the official EA Star Wars Twitter. In the announcement, the team mentions how they have given the game their immense focus. They simply want to ensure that they are delivering a game and story that truly delivers and lives up to fans’ expectations.

While the game was originally set to launch on March 17th, the team has pushed it back by six weeks. While the news is disappointing, knowing the work that Respawn did with the first game; it can only be seen as a positive. With the extra time, it can only help to iron out any potential issues and give it that much-deserved polish.

For now, fans will have to wait just a little bit longer. The news that Jedi Survivor is delayed may be upsetting. But it can potentially help the game get the attention it deserves. How do you all feel about the delay, let us know down below.

Star Wars Jedi Survivor will be launching on Xbox Series X/S, PS5, and on PC through Steam, Epic Games Store and the EA app.
