Are you a horror or survival horror fan? Do you want a sci-fi theme? If so, the following few months are perfectly suited for you. Glen Schofield’s next game is available in December. He gave us Dead Space and now he’s giving us The Callisto Protocol. In January we get the remake of Dead Space.
However, SIGNALIS comes before that.
According to the PlayStation Blog, SIGNALIS “is a moody, melancholy horror thriller set in a retro-tech sci-fi setting.” This October, we will be able to witness it. In fact, it is a nice two days for horror enthusiasts because it debuts on October 27th. It’s only twenty-four hours till Resident Evil Village’s DLC, Shadows of Rose, is released. SIGNALIS, on the other hand, appears to offer something completely distinct.
According to the PlayStation Blog, Barbara Wittmann is the Co-Founder of Rose-Engine. She had this to say about the kind of horror experience we may expect this Halloween:
Signalis is not only a classic survival horror game, but also a psychological horror story with elements of cosmic horror, so what I write here will only scratch the surface. To find out what this game is really about, you will have to play it for yourself.
The game currently has a demo out right now to place on PC thru Steam. However, the game will be launching on other platforms as well. It will be available on PS4, PS5 (through backward compatibility), Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and Nintendo Switch. And also according to a report from Xbox Hub, it will be launching day one on Xbox Game Pass.
