The last gen of consoles was one that was rough for Xbox. Even if it did have some stellar launch titles and games early in its life. One of those games was ReCore. This game comes from the father of the blue bomber himself, Keiji Inafun. Along with his new studio, Comcept, in collaboration with Armature Studios after he left Capcom. The game last had an update for the Xbox One X version titled the definitive edition and that was seemingly it. However, it may not be as the Recore Instagram makes a new post after years of silence.
ReCore was a very fun game at the time it launched, if not a bit incomplete. It had many characteristics of games people loved greatly, like Metroid Prime, and an open world with unique dungeons. However, there has been no activity on any of their social media accounts since 2017.
But, earlier today the official Instagram account made a sudden and cryptic post about a, well, cryptic message.
What could all this teasing mean, well it could be nothing. Or it could be something more, which some fans are hoping and speculating on. It is simply the fact, that why would a game account, that’s been inactive for almost a decade after their last major title update, suddenly make a post?
Not only that but teasing a cryptic message within the post as well. It can be simply wanting to reconnect with fans and show love or, moreover, it can be signs that the game isn’t dead. Maybe we will finally see a ReCore 2!
What are your thoughts now that the ReCore Instagram makes this sudden new post, let us know down below.
