Fans of simulation games will be well-served, though the PC version is unquestionably better. The famous Gas Station Simulator is getting a console adaptation, and the successor to PC Building Simulator is in beta testing. We have House Flipper, which has recently added pets to the game. However much of the DLC is missing from the platform releases. Another recent PC blockbuster has already exited early access and is now available only on the Xbox platform. PowerWash Simulator is the title of the game.
You read that correctly. A power-washing-themed game. We have one on lawn mowing, after all, so it’s hardly surprising.
PowerWash Simulator has been a huge hit on Steam. In nearly 18,500 reviews it has an “Overwhelmingly Positive” user rating of 97% as we can see from the store listing.

Where Now For PowerWash Simulator
The popular title goes into full release on July 14th. So for those on PC that means it leaves early access.
That is when it will make its console debut for Xbox gamers. PowerWash Simulator’s concept is simple: playing career mode, you must clean up your neighborhood. According to the Steam page:
Release the pressure with PowerWash Simulator! Wash away your worries with the soothing sounds of high-pressure water. Fire up your power washer and blast away every speck of dirt and grime you can find, all with the simple satisfaction of power-washing to a sparkling finish.
Hopefully, it’s a game that Square Enix allows to flourish. So, will you be grabbing this next month? It’s a genre of game I enjoy so I may be tempted to grab this. However, we’d love to hear from you.
