The world of My Hero Academia expands today with the release of an exciting new battle royale game – My Hero Ultra Rumble. Developed by Bandai Namco for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC, this free-to-play title lets fans of the popular anime and manga series battle it out with their favorite Quirk-wielding heroes and villains.

In My Hero Ultra Rumble, 24 players form teams of three and fight to be the last ones standing in fast-paced arena matches. Players can choose from 18 iconic characters from the My Hero Academia universe, including fan favorites like All Might, Bakugo, Uraraka, and more. Once on the battlefield, teams must act quickly to defend themselves and take down opponents while the arena shrinks around them.

Players can utilize skill cards scattered around the map to upgrade their Quirks to gain an edge in battle. They can also earn powerful items by helping civilians or embracing their inner villains. Reviving fallen teammates with Revival cards found in the arena is another way to surprise the enemy.

My Hero Ultra Rumble will receive regular content updates through seasonal events. Each new season will add fresh playable characters, expanding the possibilities for unique team makeups. New Battle Passes will offer exclusive cosmetic rewards, while limited-time events will let players unlock costumes, emotes, voice lines, and more.

To celebrate the launch, logging in daily before October 25th will net players special start-up gifts and rewards for diving into My Hero Ultra Rumble’s PLUS ULTRA battle royale action.

With quirky Quirk-fueled gameplay and fan-favorite characters, My Hero Ultra Rumble aims to be the ultimate battle royale experience for My Hero Academia fans. The free-to-play title is available now on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch, with a PC release on September 29th.
