Mandragora: Whispers Of The Witch Tree Is Out Now

Mandragora

You may remember we covered last month the launch of Mandragora: Whispers of the Witch Tree. This release is described by the developers as a “dark fantasy action RPG.” However, today, both the development team at Primal Game Studio and the publishers, Knights Peak, have an announcement. We can share the news that the game is “finally here on PC (without 3rd-Party-DRM), PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X/S. Though the developers may not be a name you will instantly recognize, the studio isn’t lacking in experience.

Primal Game Studio is a video game developer established by industry veterans in 2012. Headquartered in Budapest, we are a global team of over 60 passionate game makers.

We make core games for PC and consoles.  We aim to build immersive universes across a broad variety of genres and themes.

We are independent. And we intend to stay that way; so no outside pressures can take away from our care and dedication to the best player experience.

So let’s refresh your memory on this game. Well, the team at Primal Game Studio tells us that Mandragora is based in Faelduum. This is described by them as a “bleak and enchanting world”.  We play as an Inquisitor “in a land where magic is forbidden and the tyrannical King Priest and his agents rule from the shadows.” The realm’s fate is in the hands of the player as they choose to follow the law to the letter. However, you can also break it; the choice is yours.
