Kingdom Hearts has hit its 20th anniversary. It’s available on pretty much the platform from the Nintendo Switch to the PC. And now we have the big announcement of a fourth main story game in the franchise which was revealed at the Anniversary Event.
We have no platform information at this point or any release date. But we do get a glimpse of a more realistic-looking environment which has Sora and Strelitzia the Quadratum. So we have a brief glimpse of gameplay in a small fight scene. And the trailer ends teasing us with Goofy and Donald Duck seeing something or someone.
Where We Left Off
The most recent installment was the third game released back in 2019. Now in case you want a refresh for the story on the third game we have you covered. The official website description for the story is as follows.

The 20th Anniversary Brings More Announcements
The big reveal wasn’t the only news to share. There was a mobile game for iOS and android announced which is Missing Link. This is set in the realm of Scala ad Caelum and will get a closed beta this year. Also announced for mobile, this August a free update to Union χ Dark Road which concludes that story.
