The hype in anime for a good brawl is without a doubt enticing. Whether that be in shounens or seinens a fight to the death always gets the blood pumping. In Kengan Ashura’s case, its death tournaments are no joke. For fans of the Death Brawl series, we are about to get hyped as Kengan Ashura season 2 releases today.
The first season of Kengan Ashura debuted well over 5 years ago back in 2019 split into two courses offering 24 episodes. The series was exclusively streamed on Netflix. And announced on their official anime account they made the reminder of the new season premiering today.
The trailer hypes everyone up as the fight to be the world’s strongest starts again, as we also learn more about the history of our main character, Ohma Tokita. However, more importantly, the announcement leaves us knowing that while we will be getting the first half now. The second half will be premiering next year in 2024. If going by previous time frames it may be premiering in the spring season around March.
Now this series may not be for everyone, but for fans of shounen and combat, this one is for you. For now, fans can jump back into this back-breaking brawl of a lifetime.
