Jedi Survivor To Add Requested Feature

You may be aware we aren’t getting the sequel to Fallen Order next month. The release of Jedi Survivor has been pushed back. The game will be hitting PlayStation 5, PC, and Xbox Series X/S on April 28th, where we get to revisit the world of Cal Kestis once more. Meaning Cal goes head to head with Dead Island 2, also launching on the same day. Our Star Wars sequel is another equally anticipated release, it’s predecessor was for me an amazing experience. It seems certain parts of the game are being tweaked or changed to improve the experience.

Fallen Order is a fantastic game in its own right. I played through at launch and completed what a fantastic Star Wars story though like many people I had one minor complaint. I hated having to constantly backtrack at times. Not to the extent that I couldn’t play the game but certain levels were frustrating to navigate. So even with that issue in mind, it’s still an example of games and Star Wars combining successfully. So would they change or amend this for the upcoming Jedi Survivor?

How Jedi Survivor Improves Upon Fallen Order

It seems fans’ prayers have been answered thanks to an interview in the recent Play magazine. Games Radar also covered this information. The interview was with the game’s director, Stig Asmussen. They revealed that the sequel is getting fast-travel and rideable mounts.

We will feature both fast travel and rideable creatures to help players quickly get from point A to B, and back to A, the fast-travel is point to point, and the rideable creatures offer a way to quickly negotiate between points and explore what is in between.

This should be welcome news to those who missed this on Fallen Order. So in the meantime whilst we hear of requested changes, we also have a look at new gameplay. Are you looking forward to this sequel? As always we’d love to hear from you.
