Back in 2021, Bethesda announced a new game and IP to their catalog. Alongside that, the developer of this new IP will be none other than MachineGames. This is the team Who created the new Wolfenstein Reboot series. Now the question is what is MachineGames’ follow-up to Wolfenstein? Well, that is none other than everyone’s favorite globetrotting Professor and adventurer, Indiana Jones himself.
However, for all the excitement the trailer gives nothing away the official website doesn’t help much either. All we currently know is the game is currently being developed by MachineGames and Todd Howard is the executive producer. However, what we do know about the Indiana Jones game is that is said to be, “an original tale set at the height of the career of the famed adventurer.” The SVP of Global Marketing for Bethesda Pete Hines further added:
Todd is a lifelong Indy fan, and has been trying for over a decade to make this game. He’s beyond excited to work with the award-winning MachineGames team, a perfect fit for Indy.
As of now we currently do not have much information and do know that it will be some time before we get more. After two years of silence on the Indiana Jones project, it makes you wonder when that will be. currently, Xbox is focused all on their June showcase and what will be coming soon, so its possible we will see more then. however, for the time being, all we can do is wait.
