Bethesda has a full slate as they prepare to release Starfield, their first new IP in 25 years. While fans eagerly await The Elder Scrolls VI, it seems that game is still a ways off. Another anticipated title is the upcoming Machine Games’ Indiana Jones game. Harrison Ford said goodbye to the iconic character earlier this year in Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny, marking an end to the film franchise. As a longtime Indiana Jones fan, I’m incredibly excited to see the franchise continue in a new format with Bethesda.
The Update On MachineGames Indiana Jones Game
Recently Sam White of GQ interviewed Todd Howard who has given us a small update. The reason he’s so passionate is his love for Raiders of the Lost Ark. A film I share a lot of love for. And he said MachineGames has “got the whole Nazi killing thing down, and they’re doing a really great job.” The interview tells us he’s halfway through that project. So we could see some news next year at least and fingers crossed a 2025 launch. A fan can hope at least.
