Freaking geniuses over at Arrowhead Game Studios, the developers of Helldivers 2. There have been video leaks (intentional or not it doesn’t matter) of mechs and vehicles being used in the game. Now there is a mission to save the planet of Tien Kwan from the evil Automotons so we can utilize mechs. What a solid way to keep your player base engaged not only with new content but by including players in the lore.

Creating amazing moments like this adds even more energy to a game. The fall of Malevelon Creek resulted in merchandise and plenty of “never again” experiences for gamers. It was trending on Twitter/X, alongside Tiktok. So the next step is to rally the whole player base to take back this single planet so that every Helldiver has access to mechs.
I’m looking forward to new strategems and weapons being locked behind global events. Introducing new mechanics to the game in this manner motivates the player base. Helldivers 2 is now available on PlayStation 5 and PC via Steam for $39.99. This is a third-person action shooter with an online co-op mode for four players. Where your mission is to free planets from swarms of insects and killer robots. It now has a Very Positive rating on Steam, with 195,000 reviews. The development as well as marketing teams for this game are very active on Twitter/X. Also, the first major update was just launched. They have balanced certain weapons and addressed a few bugs (no pun intended).
