Recently 343 Industries released a video that went over several questions revolving around Halo Infinite and answered them. Ranging from multiplayer to the campaign to gameplay specificities. Many of these questions came to light after 343’s latest update blog on Halo Infinite.
343 Industries’ Community Manager John Junyszek spoke with Lead Sandbox Designer Quinn Delhoyo, which made for a video that lasted almost half an hour.
As lead sandbox designer, Delhoyo responded to several questions made by fans concerning Halo Infinite. One of the topics he touched on was the changes that were to take place in regards to vehicles. For instance, vehicles will be able to take damage in a variety of ways depending on where it is damaged. Delhoyo also commented on how specific weapons will continue to receive updates.
Delhoyo detailed the way that the grappling hook will be utilized such as being able to pull weapons towards you, or even skyjacking Banshees. This screams convenience for moments when you don’t really want to walk towards a gun and pick it up, or are in the heat of battle and need to act quickly.
If you are anticipating Halo Infinite and wish to get the full run-down of what was covered I encourage you to watch the video. They talk about weapon adjustments, the way that you’ll obtain equipment, further insight on the game itself, and much more.
Although there have been ups and downs in regards to those involved in the development of Halo Infinite, the transparency that 343 has demonstrated is very much appreciated. Whether those are in the form of their blog updates or through the various news outlets. Or in this case, a video that goes over many specific aspects that you will encounter at launch and after.
Halo Infinite is expected to release in Fall 2021 on Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, and PC.
