God of War Ragnarok, is the next part of the story following Kratos and Atreus. It is the sequel to the 2018 entry to the popular God of War franchise which is set to release on both PlayStation 4 as well as PlayStation 5. Keep in mind, If you purchase on PlayStation 4 and later want to upgrade there will be an upgrade fee.

If like many you’re eagerly awaiting the game, then Kratos and Atreus will be back in a few short weeks. However, when the game launches on 9th November that isn’t all that’s available. Also coming is a limited edition controller to go alongside the game.
The Ragnarok Controller Itself
This was shown before the new story trailer, which closed the State of Play event this week. The PlayStation blog states
We’re also excited today to reveal the limited edition God of War Ragnarök DualSense wireless controller. Its two-tone, cool blue on icy white design was inspired by the Norse world of Midgard, further embellished with bear and wolf insignia – representing Kratos and Atreus.
The controller will be launching as we know the same day as the game. So if you’re interested in this controller, we can tell you some more about when preorders will go live. The blog post also states they go live starting 27th September. Though it may be wise to monitor closely as we saw the recent Firefly Edition for The Last of Us Part 1 snapped up quickly and listed for sale at an inflated price.
