The Witcher 3 PC Release Has A Problem With Mods The Smash World Tour & Panda Drama Timeline Games to Frighten You | Cogs In A Machine Ep.42 Evil West Review (Xbox Series X) Turn-Based Fest 2022

Back in September, we got a small taste of Forspoken during the PS Showcase, but it was extremely exciting to get to see a more in-depth trailer for Forspoken at The Game Awards. One of the things that I’m absolutely excited about is the protagonist. While there are games out there that allow us (the players) to choose between genders and skin color; it’s still rare that a game will have a set female protagonist, and rarer still, a woman of color.

The gameplay looks amazing, showing off the various skills the character can utilize; like ice spells to weapons. The character also shows off freestyle movements using different powers to create different forms of traversal.

From what we were shown at the PS Showcase we know that she’s from a different world or timeline who gets transported to this one. She soon finds herself being chased and discovering the different abilities of the armband she found and put on. In this trailer, we get to see more details about the kind of world she finds herself in, the dangers, and the people that live within it.

The graphics shown look fantastic and are really immersive. We get the bleak feeling just from watching these various areas, like the abandoned or nearly abandoned towns. To seeing people wiped out right in front of us, to the desert or greenery with mountains and hills. It looks breathtaking and I can’t wait to be able to experience it all for myself.

Forspoken will be released on May 24, 2022, and pre-orders for the game are now live. You can pre-order it on the Epic Games Store as well as on PSN.
