During the Sony State of Play, there were a lot of great showings from 3rd party publishers. Whether that’s the horror title from Blumhouse, Fear the Spotlight, or the Claymation VR title, The Midnight Walk. We Finally got more details on Fantasian Neo Dimension as they revealed pre-order details and dates.
It is no small statement, to say that Hironobu Sakaguchi is the grandfather of all JRPGs. Especially as the creator of Final Fantasy, the largest series of all time. After he left Square Enix when he announced he was doing another game, the excitement for Fantasian was high. Until it was shown only to be on Apple Arcade. Fast forward to this summer, when Sakaguchi and Square announced to be remastering and re-releasing his title on platforms, now called Fantasian Neo Dimension.
In the trailer, the sheer beauty of the game is on full display. With each background being a handmade diorama lovingly crafted for this game. However, the biggest part of the announcement was the confirmation of pre-order details such as the release date and physical releases.
Fantasian Neo Dimension will be launching on December 5th of this year. It will be launching on Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch, PS4 & PS5, and on Steam. The game will also be available physically for PS5 and Nintendo Switch so all my physical collectors can get the game.
