We know Elden Ring has not only gone gold but gearing up ahead of its launch. It’s an eagerly anticipated title and has fans claiming it’s going to be game of the year. Bold claims indeed as we aren’t even out of the first quarter of 2022, with serious competition in Horizon Forbidden West and potentially God of War Ragnarok. But now this anticipated launch is close as we enter Elden Ring Launch Week.
FromSoftware’s collaboration with George R.R Martin draws ever closer. For those unsure about what the game is about, here is a brief summary. The game takes place in the Lands Between. Set between the Elden Ring itself being shattered and the shards scattered. You play a descendant of one of the tarnished, one of those exiled from the realm, you must restore the ring to be the new Elden Lord. Though you will have to seal the realm’s former hero’s. There is a recent overview that may help explain some of the worlds of the Lands Between.
