NICE GANG, the indie game studio bringing free real-world collectible trophies to players via in-game tournaments, has announced the addition of PvP combat to EIGHTH ERA, the squad-based role-playing game co-developed by Perfect Day Games. This marks the official product launch of EIGHTH ERA, which is now available on iOS and Android devices worldwide!
Patch Updates
In addition to the new PvP mode, the EIGHTH ERA update is adding the following to the base game
- PvP Combat in New Arena Mode: When players reach level 9, they unlock the new Arena Mode and will be able to compete against other players in asynchronous combat. They can climb through the Arena Leagues to become the ultimate champion!
- Faction Bonuses: Each season brings a new set of highlighted factions that will receive big stat bonuses
- End of Season Rewards: Climb the Arena Ladder to earn massive loot at the end of each Arena Season!
- Compete with Players Worldwide for Physical Collectibles: With weekly tournaments tiered for new, returning, and advanced players, players can win real-world collectible trophies by claiming the highest ranks.
- More Heroes and Collectibles to Win in Season Two: In Late April, players can compete to win freshly minted, limited-edition coins featuring the season two characters. Players who finish in the top ten will receive a coin delivered to their door.
- Additional Patch Updates: Players will have increased loot and better progression materials. The tournament system has been better balanced. Currency rewards for the Arena have been balanced. Common Equipment has been removed from Epic Stages, so players have a better chance at epic loot.
New Era Vault event reward
Nice Gang previously launched a limited-time Era Vault event, which allowed players to win historic coins from the Roman Empire and Tabaristan. All coins have been certified by the Numismatic Guaranty Corporation (NGC) and shipped worldwide for free. For the next limited-time Era Vault event, all players will unlock a special price for the pictured American Silver Eagle, the official silver bullion coin of the United States. In EIGHTH ERA‘s two weeklong tournaments, gold gilted coin winners who achieve first place in the level 41-60 bracket will additionally receive an American Silver Eagle while supplies last.
