*UPDATE*
A few days ago we did a report on the new title “Dying Light 2: Stay Human,” taking up to 500 hours to complete. We have actually gotten word from the PR Team at Techland the developers of the title. With a little more clarification on exactly what that means.
From Techland’s own QA department. It took them 500 hours to complete every single thing in the game. This includes finding every collectible, listening to every dialogue, fetching every Easter Egg, finishing every ending in the game, and searching every corner of the game’s world.
So to reach the 500-hour completion for the game you will need to play the game in a very specific way. Techland did come out to say that the main campaign can be completed in around 20 hours. Closer to what the length of the original game was. 20 hours is also an average range as they said it can be more or less depending on the player. There are also side missions and other things that you can do. You can also uncover and learn about the world and the characters that inhabit it. Doing these things in the game can lead up to a player reaching up to 80hrs easily in-game. This to me is a win!

Also, the developers will be premiering the final episode of Dying 2 Know. They will be showing off some of the co-op experience and some gameplay on previous-gen consoles this Thursday 1/13/2022 at Noon PT.
