Before the launch of the remake of Dead Space, I decided to get ready for EA Motive’s take by revisiting Glen Schofield’s original iconic game. I love the original and found the remake to be a brilliant take on a classic game. It may not be as powerful visually as the recent Callisto Protocol, but it doesn’t look shabby. The story of Isaac Clarke and the Dead Space series it isn’t just one game, in fact, it spans 3 mainline games and a couple of spin-offs. If you decided to pre-order the remake on Steam you could get the original Dead Space 2 for free.
Will we see even more of the Dead Space franchise return in a similar form? It wouldn’t be unusual for a studio to give us a few remakes in the franchise, especially when the remake is as well received as Dead Space was. Most notably, we have Capcom, who remade Resident Evil. They followed up with Resident Evil 2 and Resident Evil 3. We are also just under four weeks from the remake of Resident Evil 4. With that in mind, an article by VGC is extremely interesting especially if you’re a fan of either Dead Space 2 or Dead Space 3.
Is Isaac Clarke Returning In A New Dead Space 2?
As we see from the article, we have a poll from EA. They claim that a survey asked Dillon Rogers, a game developer, about future remakes in the series. They posted his results on Twitter. If you are unable to view the screenshots posted, here they are below.

This may not be the opinion of everyone. What does it imply? Is EA thinking of possibly remaking the other games in the series? Would you be interested in seeing EA pursue remaking the other two games? As always, why not get in touch and share your thoughts?
