We previously reported on the release of Someday You’ll Return: Director’s Cut for PlayStation after a few years of anticipation. The game follows a father’s desperate search for his missing daughter. Interestingly, just one day after its release, another game called Cions of Vega launched, which also features a father searching for his daughter. In Cions of Vega, the protagonist sets out to find his daughter Leila, accompanied by his brother Logan. The game is available on PC, PlayStation, and Xbox, with a native release for both PlayStation 4 and 5. Additionally, it’s optimized for Xbox Series X/S. Check out the trailer below.
What To Expect In Cions of Vega
Well it’s a relatively cheap game. On Steam it’s probably around $5 as its £2.89 on the UK. For PlayStation and Xbox it’s £5.79/$6.99. It’s on sale for just over a week at time of writing on Xbox with a 10% discount. So that’s £4.63/$5.59. When looking for the trailer I found lots of PC full walkthrougha lasting under an hour. It seems the core element of the game according to the Steam listing is the atmosphere as the full description says that
“the core aspect of this game is the atmosphere. It is recommended for those who mostly seek to experience the mood”. On Steam there is a demo to try the game out. It does have favourable reviews on Steam as well. However it’s been out for two years for PC.
