Card-en-Ciel is Getting a Nintendo Switch 2 Version Next Year!

Last week, to kick off the weekend, Nintendo aired yet another exciting Direct. Filled with game announcements, teases, and more from their own development studios and third parties alike. Such as the exciting re-release of Megaman Starforce in the form of a legacy collection bundle. But, for people who want to get more of their Megaman itch scratched, INTI CREATES has just announced that the roguelike Megaman Battle Network-like game, Card-en-Ciel, is getting a Nintendo Switch 2 Edition next year. Below will be when, and what to expect from it!

What to Expect from Card-en-Ciel on the Nintendo Switch 2

For starters, it will be getting its Nintendo Switch 2 version on January 29th next year. The roguelike deck-building game that is clearly influenced by Megaman Battle Network will feature in this version higher framerates and resolution for smoother and better-looking gameplay! They will also be adding mouse control support with the Joy-Cons. If you already own Card-en-Ciel on the Nintendo Switch 2, there will be an upgrade pack available for $10 USD.

Also announced alongside the Nintendo Switch 2 version is an expansion pass. This will be a multi-stage DLC release that will bring new content to Card-en-Ciel on every platform. The first major DLC release for the game will be an all-new story dungeon, “Gal Guardians Servants of the Dark”, complete with new cards and a Muse to unlock.
