Recently, we discussed city builders and simulation games, including Gas Station Simulator and Cafe Owner Simulator. These games allow players to simulate running various businesses in a virtual city. Even public transportation is not left out, with titles such as Taxi Life: A City Driving Simulator, which will soon be available on both console and PC. Developed by the same team behind Chef Life, which we previously previewed. Another title to consider is Bus Simulator 21, a public transport simulator.
Developed by StillAlive Studios, Bus Simulator 21 offers more than just a simulation experience. Along with managing and tycoon elements, the game is set to receive an update in May and will be natively available on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S. The update will introduce new activities and expand the map. Additionally, players can expect 4K resolution on all platforms, and PlayStation 5 users can enjoy the full support of the DualSense controller.
That’s Not All For Bus Simulator 21
Firstly, it should be noted that the next-gen upgrades are free for existing game owners. Additionally, StillAlive Studios has announced plans to overhaul the career mode by merging the sandbox and management modes. According to the announcement, the new Career Mode will combine the economic system of the campaign with the well-known sandbox mode. This means that players will no longer need to unlock features bit by bit through completing missions. Instead, they will have access to all bus stops and bus models from the beginning of the game, allowing them to build their bus company without any limits. Success will depend on how well players manage their startup capital, set up and operate routes effectively, skillfully expand their bus fleet, and work their way up to becoming a successful local public transport company.
A Gold Edition of the game, which includes all DLC, will be launched later this year. If you already own the game, you will have the option to upgrade to this edition.
