Xbox Game Pass subscribers recently got the first installment of the Assassin’s Creed reboot trilogy. Assassin’s Creed Origins is the game that added heavy RPG mechanics to the franchise. The title was recently added to Game Pass a few months ago. This was also the period we heard more rumors about the Xbox Service getting access to Ubisoft Plus. They said it is due to be included with Game Pass. Now we have heard that the second game in the trilogy that took the series from ancient Egypt to ancient Greece. We all know that game to be Assassin’s Creed Odyssey.
Assassin’s Creed Odyssey launched four years ago and preceded the recent installment of Assassin’s Creed Valhalla. Outside of Game Pass, the franchise has also been in the news with the announcement of Assassin’s Creed Mirage with a reveal on the 10th. However, even with that reveal we still have the successor to Origins in the news and still awaiting the availability of Ubisoft Plus to the Xbox family.
Why Assassin’s Creed Odyssey Is Making News Again
This is thanks to information from a leaker named The Snitch. If the name means nothing then look at previous leaks he’s revealed. For example, he leaked a story of Lies of P launching on Game Pass. We now know that the game is indeed launching on day 1 in the service. Now he claims Assassin’s Creed Odyssey is Game Pass bound. However, it’s only a rumor but the image leaked on Discord certainly indicates this, time will tell if this is to be true.
