Aragami Studio Lince Works Is Closing Down

The gaming industry is a loving and growing one. There is always room to try new things and build new studios, or games. However, it can also be hard to stay in for any team of any size. And many teams get closed over the years by large studios like Visceral Games at EA or Lionhead studios at Xbox. Unfortunately, small teams are also affected. This is the case for the Aragami studio Lince Works as they announce their closure.

Making the announcement on their official twitter page, they make their post with a heavy heart.

Essentially the market and economy were not the best climate for them. It seems the team was in the middle of their next project but will be stopping immediately. Along with stopping their current project, they will not be doing anything more. However, they will still be leaving their games online for co-op, as well as not removing their current games.

So if fans still want the chance to go and check out their very well-done ninja assassin game, Aragami 1 & 2; they will still be up for sale. I enjoyed both games and played them for our community live, and it is always a sad time to see a talented studio close down so soon.

Let us know your thoughts about the Aragami studio Lince Works closing down. Have you all played either of the games, are you interested in checking it out? Let us know in the comments below!
