Nearly three years ago we told you of a film-to-game adaptation. A Quiet Place was the film to be adapted and it’s about to see its prequel film hit cinemas. Since that announcement of a video game adaptation, months and years passed with no update. That was until now publisher Saber Interactive has given us a release window, platforms, a trailer, and the title of the game. The game is to be developed by Stormind Games for Saber and is called A Quiet Place: The Road Ahead. Now let’s start by looking at the game trailer.

Now let’s look at what we can expect with A Quiet Place: The Road Ahead. The Steam listing is available now and the PC requirements are available. So from that listing, we can see it’s listed as a single-player horror adventure game. We know already it’s inspired by the film franchise. In this game, we will play through the journey of a young woman. Though throughout this she must “endure a treacherous apocalypse in the midst of interpersonal family conflicts”.

Unnerving Atmosphere
