As the year comes to it’s final quarter we have some big games to arrive. However, before too long 2024 will be upon us, and that heralds some big games. Some we were expecting out by now but have delayed into 2024 for various reasons. The developers of Everybody’s Gone to the Rapture have two games set for next year alone and a later rival for Mortal Kombat is due. So let’s bring some more notable releases to your attention once more
Edward Carnby Returns in 2024
We were just under two months from the release of the reboot of Alone in the Dark. Then they announced a delay citing reasons of competing for game time with Alan Wake 2 and Spider-Man 2. So now according to THQ Nordic, we can expect this classic horror to hit us on 16th January.
Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth
There’s no understating the impact of the original Final Fantasy 7. It’s one of the most popular games and very likely the biggest in the franchise. So with all that in mind, we have a three-part remake that expands on the events of the original game. Part one is out now and can be grabbed for free in a twin pack pre-order for the upcoming release due 29th February next year
So The Best Of The Rest
If we look at January we have Tekken 8 down for the 26th of January and Prince of Persia The Lost Crown on the 18th. On 2nd of February, we see maybe what changes were made with the Suicide Squad game, and on February 14th we have the Tomb Raider remasters. Other games due next year are Avowed and finally Senua’s Saga: Hellblade 2. We also expect to see finally STALKER 2. We have Star Wars Outlaws. Following on from Everybody’s Gone to the Rapture as we previously said are two games by The Chinese Room. The first is Still Wakes The Deep. They also are giving us Vampire The Masquerade Bloodlines 2. We may also see 2024 bring us the remake of Silent Hill 2. Xbox owners also see Final Fantasy 14 arrive finally.
